Notes
We
are playing on the Benelux map and a designed combined deck. Power
Grid + and Energy Crisis are both in play (2 yes, 1 no, 1 abstention),
and the Promo cards are also in play (3 yes, 0 no, 1
abstention). Please review the Energy
Crisis
variant rules on the website. Note that there is the possibility
of two Warehouses to be in play, one from Energy Crisis and one from
the Promo cards. They have a slightly different effect and are
distinguished by the fact that the Energy Crisis Warehouse has a
mininmum bid of 7 while the Promo Warehouse has a minimum bid of 10 and
is immediately bid on when it is drawn.
